Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while the account is active. You can request its deletion by writing to [email protected], and we will delete your data from our systems within a maximum of 30 days.

Limited Use Compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Usage

  • Stud-IA uses the YouTube Data API with its own company key only to obtain public transcriptions.
  • We do not access or connect to your personal YouTube account.

  • Access controls: only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
